Postnatal Yoga Series: Reconnect with your True Core and Pelvic Floor
A four week series, MONDAYs at 1 Baltimore place
Our spring dates are fixed: I'll be offering postnatal yoga classes targeted to newly postpartum moms starting Monday, March 19th at Suite 140, across the atrium from Atlanta Birth Center. Pre-crawling babies are welcome to attend, and a small portion of our series will include dedicated mom and baby time.
In order to serve new moms during maternity leave and that crucial early postpartum period, I have changed these Monday classes to a series-based offering. We will meet for four consecutive weeks and target awareness, cueing, reconnection: we will find our true core strength through pelvic floor recruitment and yoga-based breath and movement. Recommended for moms who have recently given birth, but who have either passed their six week check and been cleared for a return to activity, or with my consent. If you are living with pelvic organ prolapse, please contact me to discuss your participation in the course.
