I was so, so honored to contribute to the Still Becoming Podcast. It’s available today, April 24th, wherever you get your podcasts, and I’m very pleased to share it with you. Monica DiCristina and I talk about yoga’s promise: a resting in our true self, and the tools that yoga gives us (breathwork, meditation, yoga postures) to try to get to that true abiding a little more frequently. We also talk about the way stress and anxiety get held in the body, and we wanted to offer a couple of practices that would support what we’re discussing. Below, please find a video that will guide you into an easy supine position, and an audio meditation that will help you to slow the breath, to lengthen it, and to use this practice to bring a little more ease and space to your day. We offer it with love.
